You have the option of making the link accessible to the whole public or keeping it private for use by a select group of people. With this update, you may now build a web version of your local or cloud documents using our Share for review tool, and then share the document URL with your colleagues and stakeholders to solicit input. To extend an invitation to edit, click the Invite to edit button. Before sending the invitation, you may write a personalized message to the invitees in the Message box. ![]() ![]() If you click the gear, you can adjust the link’s privacy settings and decide who has access to it.
